  • White Glove Delivery: Available for larger items and more fragile furniture. This includes professional delivery and assembly and is typically delivered within 7-14 business days.

Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

2. Processing Time

After placing an order, please allow us 1-2 business days to process and prepare your shipment. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing time may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address when placing your order.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Pronasonali only ships to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you wish to ship internationally, we recommend using a third-party shipping service.

7. Handling Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at info@pronasonali.com with the following information:
